- Red Heart® Comfort®: 1 ball each 3240 Cream A, 3152 Demin B,3151 Navy C.
- Susan Bates® Knitting Needles:5 mm [US 8].
- TENSION: 17 sts = 4” [10 cm]; 24 rows = 4” [10 cm]. CHECK YOUR
- TENSION. Use any size needles to obtain the tension.
- Red Heart® Comfort®, Art. E707D available in 454g (16 oz), 792m (867 yds) solid balls or 340g (12 oz), 593 m (649 yds) multicolour balls.

Lapghan Knitting Patterns Strips 1 and 4
STRIPS 1 and 4
With Color A, cast on 33 stitches.
Row 1 (Right side): Knit across.
Row 2: Purl 1, (Knit 1, Purl 1) across.Repeat Rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures 7½” [19 cedi meters] from cast on edge, ending by working Row 2, drop Color A.
With Color B, repeat Rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures 15” [38 cedi meters] from cast on edge, ending by working Row 2, drop Color B.
With Color C, repeat Rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures 22½” [57 cedi meters] from cast on edge, ending by working Row 2, drop Color C.
With Color A, repeat Rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures 30” [76 cedi meters] from cast on edge, ending by working Row 2, drop Color A.
With Color B, repeat Rows 1 and 2 for pattern until piece measures 37½” [95 cedi meters] from cast on edge, ending by working Row 2.
Bind off all stitches in pattern.
