Crochet Hook: 5.5mm [US I-9].

Square (Make 48)
With G, chain 3, slip st in first chain to form a ring.
Round 1: Chain 4 (counts as dc and chain-1), [dc in ring, chain 1] 7 times – 8 dc.
Fasten off.
Round 2: Join F in any chain-space, chain 2, dc in same space, *chain 1, 2 hdc in next chain-space, chain 1, (2 dc, chain 2, 2 dc) in next chain-space; repeat from * around, end chain 1, 2 hdc in next chain-space, 2 dc in first corner chain-space, chain 2, slip st in top of beginning chain to join.
Fasten off.
Round 3: Join E in any corner space, chain 2, dc in same space, *[chain 1, 2 dc in next chain-space] twice, chain 1, (2 dc, chain 2, 2 dc ) in corner space; repeat from * around, end 2 dc in first corner space, chain 2, slip st in top of beginning chain to join.
Fasten off.
Round 4: Join D in any corner space, chain 2, dc in same space, *chain 1, [2 dc in next chain-space, chain 1] across to next corner space, work (2 dc, chain 3, 2 dc) in corner chain-space; repeat from * around, end [2 dc in next chain-space, chain 1] across to first corner space, 2 dc in first corner space, chain 2, slip st in top of beginning chain to join.

Round 5: Join C in any corner space, repeat Round 4.
