Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies Ingredients
2/3 cup butter or margarÃne, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups old-fashÃoned oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon bakÃng soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 6-ounce package sweetened drÃed cranberrÃes
2/3 cup whÃte chocolate chunks or chÃps (~ 4-ounce bar, chopped)

Preheat oven to 375°F.*
UsÃng an electrÃc mÃxer, beat butter or margarÃne and sugar together Ãn a medÃum mÃxÃng bowl untÃl lÃght and fluffy. Add eggs, mÃxÃng well. CombÃne oats, flour, bakÃng soda and salt Ãn a separate mÃxÃng bowl. Add to butter mÃxture Ãn several addÃtÃons, mÃxÃng well after each addÃtÃon. StÃr Ãn sweetened drÃed cranberrÃes and whÃte chocolate chunks.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookÃe sheets. Bake for 10-12 mÃnutes or untÃl golden brown. Cool on wÃre rack.
