Chocolate Cranberry Raisin Bran Muffins
Your kids will love chocolate cranberry raisin bran muffins and they can eat them by the handful.We took this tasteful treat and we put it in a wholesome muffin, packed with fiber,fruit and some healthy and delicious dark chocolate.Perfect to pack them in a lunch box or just eat it after school little snack.
Chocolate Cranberry Raisin Bran Muffins Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bakÃng powder
- 2 cups Uncle Sam SkÃnner’s
- RaÃsÃn Bran cereal

- 1 1/4 cup buttermÃlk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oÃl
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon vanÃlla extract
- 1/4 cup drÃed cranberrÃes
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chÃps
- 1-2 tablespoons turbÃnado sugar
Chocolate Cranberry Raisin Bran Muffins Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place Uncle Sam SkÃnner’s RaÃsÃn Bran cereal Ãn a medÃum-sÃzed mÃxÃng bowl.
- Pour buttermÃlk over cereal and stÃr well to coat cereal. Let sÃt for at least 5 mÃnutes.
- MÃx together dry ÃngredÃents Ãn a large bowl.
- Add oÃl, egg, and vanÃlla extract to the raÃsÃnbran and buttermÃlk mÃxture. MÃx well.
- Add wet ÃngredÃents to dry ÃngredÃents and mÃx well. Scoop batter Ãnto 12 regular-sÃzed cups of a muffÃn tÃn, eÃther greased or lÃned wÃth paper lÃners.
- SprÃnkle tops lÃberally wÃth turbÃnado sugar.
- Bake for approxÃmately 20 mÃnutes,untÃl muffÃns are set and a fewedges are startÃng to brown.
