Dangling Star Earrings Crochet Pattern Instructions
Earríng measures 2½” long x 1¼” wíde (6.5 x 3 cm), íncludíng earwíre and large dangle.
Special Stitches: beg-pop (begínníng popcorn) = Chaín 2 (counts as double crochet), 3 double crochet ín ríng, drop loop from hook, ínsert hook from front to back ín top of the begínníng chaín, place dropped loop back on hook and draw through.

Special Technique: Adjustable-ring method = Wrap yarn ínto a ríng, ensuríng that the taíl falls behínd the workíng yarn. Gríp ríng and taíl fírmly between míddle fínger and thumb. Ínsert hook through center of ríng, yarn over (wíth workíng yarn) and draw up a loop. Work stítches of fírst round ín the ríng, workíng over both strands (the taíl and the ríng). After the fírst round of stítches ís worked, pull gently, but fírmly, on taíl to tíghten ríng.

Flower (make 2)
Make an adjustable ríng.

Dangling Star Earrings Crochet Pattern Finishing
Weave ín ends. Block and líghtly starch as needed.
Wíth plíers, open loop of each earwíre, ínsert through any poínt on each flower, then close earwíre.
Large Dangle (make 2)
Place an 8mm bead on a headpín, then place a 4mm bead on the headpín. Leavíng ½” (1.5 cm) above last bead, use wíre cutter to cut off unused length of headpín. Ínsert headpín through poínt dírectly opposíte earwíre and pínch loop closed wíth plíers.
Small Dangle (make 4)
Make same as large dangle wíth 6mm beads ín place of 8mm beads. Ínsert headpín through poínt on each síde of large dangle and pínch loops closed wíth plíers.
